Agatized snail fossils from the Green River Formation of Wyoming, dating to the Eocene epoch era, 50 million years ago, these spiral shaped snail shells come in deep brown translucent colors with tan and white accented chalcedony. Properly named "Elicia Agate”, it is one of the most unheard misnamed stones.
